유학생 선배들, 한국에서 자기 개발 어떻게 해요?

Hi, I am Sardor from Uzbekistan, studying 2nd year at 고려대학교. I always feel like I just go to class and back my 원룸, not really improving outside study. I see some 선배 doing clubs or projects but I am not sure what is good for 유학생 like us. How do you guys develop yourself here? Like, is there some good way beside just studying? Any club or part-time you recommend?
