The Gyeonggido Job Foundation (경기도일자리재단) is recruiting foreign job seekers who hope to find employment in Korea in 2026 in specialized professional fields.
This project is not just a simple job-preparation lecture. It is an employment support program that connects job readiness training → job events → job counseling → tailored job matching.

✅ What support can you receive?
Selected participants can receive a variety of support needed to prepare for employment in Korea.
1. Job-readiness training lecture
You can learn the basic information needed when preparing for a job in Korea.
Career exploration and job-search methods in Korea
How to write a Korean-style resume and self-introduction letter
How to respond in interviews
Working life in Korea and workplace culture and etiquette
The lecture will run for up to 2 hours. It will generally be conducted in Korean, but may be replaced with English depending on demand. The schedule is planned for late August to September.
2. Opportunity to participate in job fairs and job events
You can also take part in various job events linked with recruitment platforms and related organizations.
In particular, support for participation in the 2026 Tourism Job Festa (2026 관광 일자리페스타) is planned.

Participants will also receive individual resume and self-introduction letter editing, along with recommendations for companies that match their experience.
3. Regular job counseling
Counseling is also available for those who find it difficult to handle job preparation on their own.
Regular counseling is conducted by phone at least once a month, and consultations are available.

4. Personalized job matching based on my profile
Based on each participant's background and desired job field and occupation, suitable job information will be provided and matching with companies will also be supported.
🙋 Who can apply?
First, you must meet the common requirements below.
✅ Registered foreigners or overseas Koreans (F-4) who can legally work in Korea
✅ TOPIK level 4 or higher, or equivalent Korean-language proficiency
✅ Able to actively participate in programs such as job lectures, job events, and counseling
Participation may be restricted if you have received an administrative disposition related to entry/exit, residence, or employment, such as restriction, suspension, or cancellation, or if a related investigation or trial is in progress.

The main target group for this recruitment in specialized professional fields is as follows.

Those expected to graduate in 2027-02
Requirements such as holding a domestic associate degree or higher related to the desired field of employment apply.
Students expected to graduate from world-class universities as specified in the notice may apply under separate criteria.

⚠️ You must participate even after being selected
This program is not one where you simply apply and wait.
Selected participants must attend the orientation, and must also continue to participate in various programs such as job lectures and job events.
If you do not participate after being selected or become unreachable, there may be restrictions on future use of foreigner job support services provided by the Gyeonggido Job Foundation, and repeated absences from programs may result in cancellation of participation or limits on support benefits.
