See only the students assigned to your agency. You're notified the moment a consultation request comes in, and the record stays with the agency even if the staff member handling it changes.
Every student's current stage is shown, from document submission through to the visa. Missing items appear as a checklist, so you only have to follow up with students on what's actually needed.
The platform keeps admission guidelines and requirements up to date, so you don't have to spend time gathering and comparing scattered PDFs from each university.
The portal and notification emails are available in 7 languages, so staff who don't speak Korean can work without any friction.

Submitting the form doesn't create a login account. Once the review is complete, an invite email goes to your contact person.
