Is a convenience store necessary in life?

Guys, do you often go to convenience stores? I usually go there after school in the evening to buy something easy. I usually buy ramen, triangle kimbap, and yogurt. Even everyday items seem expensive at convenience stores. Some people say that it's cheaper to buy them at 다이소. How do you decide? What is the best thing to buy at a convenience store?
