Youngsan Seonhak University, the only university in Korea to operate a Department of Won-Buddhism exclusively, is located on the Gilyong-ri campus, where the beautiful nature and traditions of Yeonggwang-gun, Jeollanam-do, come together. Dormitories are operated on a four-person room basis, and outstanding students may receive full or partial scholarships for dormitory fees, significantly reducing financial burdens.
