Gangneung Yeongdong University is a practice-oriented junior college located in Gangneung, a beautiful city on the east coast of Gangwon Province. It began in 1963 as Gangneung Nursing Technical High School, was accredited as Hanyeong Technical College in 1992, and made a fresh leap forward in 2019 under its current name.
