Hallym Polytechnic University is a private technical college with a deep history that began in 1939 in Chuncheon, Gangwon Province. Today, it fosters future professionals on its beautiful campus nestled in the natural surroundings of Dong-myeon, Chuncheon-si, Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province. For over 80 years, based on ‘practical and field-oriented’ education, Hallym Polytechnic University has established its identity as a ‘healthcare, IT, and tourism specialized university’ recognized not only locally but also nationwide. Traditionally, it has excelled in the fields of nursing and healthcare, establishing itself as a cradle of nursing education in Gangwon Province.
