Daeshin University, located in Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do, is a four-year private university that aims to cultivate people of faith, intellectuals, and professionals under the school motto of “Loyalty, Humility, and Truth.” Established in 1991 with a reorganization rooted in the development of the local community and Korean Protestantism, the university is notable for housing both its undergraduate programs and three graduate schools on a single campus. Additionally, students with high TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) scores receive separate scholarships and support for test fees, effectively reducing the financial burden on international students. Dormitory accommodation is available for up to four years, and dedicated administrative and student support departments are in place to actively assist international students with their initial adjustment.
