Busan Catholic University is a four-year private university located in Geumjeong-gu, Busan, where the sea and mountains harmonize. It boasts a meaningful history, originating from the “Maryknoll School of Nursing,” which was established to promote the health and happiness of local residents wounded in the aftermath of the Korean War. During enrollment, outstanding students can receive additional scholarships of up to 3 million KRW (for a GPA of 4.3 or higher), and there are also tailored scholarships for students from key partner countries. Dormitory accommodation (four-person rooms) is provided free of charge to all scholarship recipients.
