PhD admission questions for Kyung Hee University

Hi, I am Murod from Uzbekistan. I just finished my master's degree in economics and now I want to apply for PhD at 경희대학교. I checked university website but honestly it is little bit confusing for me. Does anyone know if there is separate 입학처 for graduate school or it is same as undergraduate? Also, for international students, is there any chance for scholarship or research assistant? How much is usual 등록금 for PhD in economics, and do they have payment by semester or all at once? I am looking for information about document list too, like if I need to get apostille on all my diplomas, or just latest one. And about TOPIK, my level is only 2, is it enough or I must get higher before applying? Application deadline also not clear to me – is it 수시 or 정시 or both? If somebody already applied or now studying there, please share your experience. Thank you.
