The curriculum of the Department of Home Economics Education is largely divided into child studies, home management, clothing and textiles, food science, nutrition, housing studies, and subject education. It provides learning opportunities to apply and integrate the principles of various basic sciences with the goal of scientific improvement and enhancement of daily life. The department aims to cultivate home economics teachers who possess both academic knowledge and character, and who can serve as facilitators to help adolescents lead healthy family lives.
